Overview:
We are seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
– Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
– Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
– Monitor production output and quality control measures
– Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
– Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required
– Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
– Basic understanding of CAM programming and blueprint reading
– Knowledge of quality control procedures and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
– Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
