Key Responsibilities for CNC Lathe Operator:

• Machine Operation: Set up and run CNC lathe machines to craft precision parts.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints to grasp detailed job specifications.
• Quality Monitoring: Oversee machine operations to guarantee both quality and efficiency.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to enhance production methods.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior role as a CNC Lathe Operator or in a similar capacity.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of materials handling and mechanics.
  • Knowledgeable about machining processes and tools like press brakes and stamping presses.
  • Proficient with forklifts and other material-handling tools.
  • Familiar with quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is beneficial.
• Traits: Keen attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
