• Upkeep and Documentation: Use our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance schedules and record all work done accurately.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in using tools and technology for maintenance tasks. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
